Housekeeper West Bloomfield

Education: High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills. Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.

Skills/Qualifications Great customer service skills, Commercial Housekeeping experience helpful.

Job Summary: This position requires an individual to perform services based on the specific need of the building on a daily basis

Essential Responsibilities:

• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
• Assisting maintenance staff with snow removal, grounds maintenance and tickets as needed.
• Cleaning vacant apartments.
• Trash removal.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Other duties as assigned
