We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Scientist II, Process Development based in Boca Raton, FL!

In this role, the Scientist II, Process Development will contribute to the advancement of protein purification processes, playing a key part in our development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and analyze studies under the direction and guidance of management.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field.
• Make recommendations to management and ensure project goals and criteria are scientifically sound.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Process Development (PD), Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs (RA), and Quality as needed.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and provide innovative, business-focused solutions to support process improvement and development initiatives.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Utilize statistical analysis for data interpretation.

Education Requirements:

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemical engineering, biophysics, biology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in process development or protein purification.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience developing protein purification processes.
• 0-5 years of experience working in a GMP environment.
