The Therapist will assess need for treatment, document, and deliver clinical evidenced-based behavioral health services to youth and their families in a community-based setting. Design and provide clinical interventions, teach staff and actively participate on the treatment team to enable youth to reach their highest levels of independence in the community. Will perform all duties necessary to meet state approved objectives, including the requirement that the employee cooperate with the licensee and Department of Children and Families (DCF) staff in any inspection or investigation.
