The PA Education Association (PAEA) seeks an experienced PA educator to join our team as a Member Experience Specialist. This position will leverage their PA educator expertise drive engagement with and improvement of our products and services.
THE ORGANIZATION
PAEA is the only national organization representing PA educational programs in the United States. Currently, all accredited programs in the country are PAEA members. PAEA provides services for faculty at its member programs, as well as to applicants, students, and other stakeholders.

THE POSITION
The Member Experience Specialist is a key individual contributor and subject matter expert in the Member Experience (MX) department. PAEA’s MX department includes three key areas: Member Engagement, Admissions Services, and Assessment Services. The MX Specialist will leverage their PA educator expertise to develop and disseminate resources that help members better utilize PAEA’s products and services across these areas.
Specific Responsibilities:
This role requires a PA educator with a demonstrated understanding of and experience with PAEA products and services. Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and dissemination of educational content and resources that support programs in the use of PAEA's products and services.
- Engage with PA educators and faculty members to understand their needs and challenges, fostering strong relationships and gathering insights to inform resource development and experience improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback from members into the development and enhancement of products and services, ensuring they meet the unique needs of this audience.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that all materials and communications targeting PA educators are accurate, relevant, and effective.
- Participate in the oversight of MX alongside leaders from the Admissions, Assessment, and Member Engagement teams.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal development for MX, including ideation of new member benefits, products, and services.
- Lead special projects or initiatives for MX, as assigned.
- Assist MX teams and their volunteer committees to fully execute charges.
- Stay current on trends and topics related to PA education.
