Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of one or more complex projects or a program of related projects. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all requirements and objectives. They will be the primary point of contact between the Strategy & Consulting (S&C) team, with the G&A design team, and client.

 

The Program Manager plays a vital leadership role, overseeing the successful planning and execution of key programs that enable the client/business to achieve its strategic objectives.

 

As a member of this diverse group, you will work collaboratively with internal physical and digital design teams, architects/engineers, otther consultants, and clients from renowned museums, corporations, universities, and governmental organizations. As part of this team your responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors/partners
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Report project status, metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects follow established processes, standards, and best practices for project management
  • Facilitate project meetings, decision making, issue resolution, and change management
  • Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, and expenditures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase project delivery efficiency

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in related industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • PMP or relevant project management certification preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
