Position Summary: 

Assist in providing technical support throughout the entire bank operations


Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity and privacy
  • Assist with configuration and installation of hardware
  • Respond to internal customer needs
  • Managing and creating technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and take appropriate corrective action
  • Monitor performance of servers to ensure functionality
  • Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act
  • Participate in bank/community activities
  • Complete annual training as required
  • Other duties as assigned



Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Preferred one (1) year experience working in IT or Data Center operations
  • General knowledge of Windows operating systems, software and hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Basic Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal/customer service-oriented skills and aptitude
  • Well-organized and good time management
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems of a technical nature
  • Proactive rather than reactive approach to the job, however, many times, must react immediately to solve a particular problem
  • Attention to detail and time line requirements
  • Multitask
  • Confidentiality



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  Associate Degree in IT, desirable
