- Demonstrating proven success as a teacher, leader, and strategist
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience analyzing and using data for instructional purposes
- Possessing a Master’s Degree or greater in a subject area; degree in field related to teaching and learning preferred
- Possessing a depth of knowledge in PK-12 curriculum
- Presenting 5+ years of classroom teaching experience
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- May work at a desk and computer for extended periods of time
- May stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 25lbs
- Works primarily in a traditional climate-controlled classroom or office environment
- Works intermittently in outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
- Ability to actively circulate throughout the diverse campus environment
