Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Assistant to help support the success and growth across all E-commerce touchpoints – DSMNY ESHOP, CDG ESHOP, and Farfetch. This individual will also be responsible for providing white-glove customer service through providing a consistent, positive customer experience.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service for all E-commerce platforms
  • Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch points
  • General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
  • Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
  • Partner with Ecommerce team on weekly product launches
  • Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message
  • Logistics management
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
  • Assist in E-commerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience delivering exceptional, white glove service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Magento, Shopify a plus
  • General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
