CAMP COUNSELORS

Camp Pioneer Staff Expectations:

1. Working with other camp staff members to plan and coordinate camp events.
2. Leading and supporting campers as they participate in age-appropriate activities.
3. Monitoring campers to ensure compliance with camp rules and prevent accidents.
4. Cleaning, maintaining and ensuring proper use of camp facilities and equipment.
5. Reporting and recording details of incidents, such as accidents or rule violations, to parents and camp staff.
6. Memorizing all emergency procedures and enforcing camp rules.
7. Participating in staff meetings.
