Description

The FarmRx Site Specific Ag Director will be responsible for leading the collaboration, development, coordination, implementation, promotion, and execution of all Site Specific and Sustainability activities, strategies, programs, and policies for NuWay-K&H Cooperative to increase NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s product portfolio, brand market share, and company profitability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s FarmRx Site Specific Ag Specialist team.
  • Create, direct and coordinate Site Specific and Sustainability activities, strategies, programs, and policies to promote NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s products and services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s staff in discovering, creating, developing, and implementing new Site Specific and Sustainability business strategies for NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s staff on support and implementation of existing Site Specific and Sustainability strategies for the entire product and service portfolio of NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s associated brands.
  • Plan and manage internal communications.
  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation; protect and develop NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management.
  • Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
  • Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years work experience that is applicable to the duties of the job.
  • Good team leadership and communication skills; critical thinking, comprehension, written and oral.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling Site Specific and Sustainability products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales technique.
  • Advanced computer and technology skills.
  • Good problem solving, and time management skills
  • Must possess ability to physically perform duties required to accomplish job responsibilities.
