Job Opportunity: eCommerce Sales Analyst

This role will build sales reports from various internal and external sources to assist sales and management with KPI improvement. Run reports and help analyze data from eCommerce channels and provide ongoing POS data and insight for management. Understand content management tools and site analytics technologies.


Assist sales leaders to integrate B2B sales within the eCommerce platform and self-service fulfillment, by implementing changes for use by customers and account executives. Demonstrated experience in balancing and managing the creative aspects of building effective eCommerce customer experiences while achieving the quantitative demands of sales.


Manage a suite of eCommerce capabilities (products) which support the overall web experience, with direct accountability for the performance of the product suite in meeting business goals and financial targets. Support Customer Service Lead on managing Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central activities, such as notifying customers regarding order fulfillment.


Responsible for daily and routine activities to maintain eCommerce websites and to support the vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales and conversion goals. Coordinates digital assets and performs quality checks to maintain accurate product data. Maintains visual appeal and compelling content on eCommerce websites.


Tracks site traffic, user behavior, and trends; reports and analyzes program effectiveness.




  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Build comprehensive sales reports from diverse internal and external sources to empower sales and management in optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze eCommerce channel data and provide meaningful Point of Sale (POS) insights for continuous improvement.
  • eCommerce Integration:
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to seamlessly integrate B2B sales within our eCommerce platform and self-service fulfillment.
  • Implement customer and account executive-focused changes, showcasing a balance between creative aspects and quantitative sales demands.
  • Product Suite Management:
  • Oversee a suite of eCommerce capabilities, ensuring they contribute to the overall web experience and meet business goals and financial targets.
  • Directly accountable for the performance of the product suite.
  • Marketplace Management:
  • Support the Customer Service Lead in managing activities on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, including order fulfillment communication with customers.
  • Website Maintenance:
  • Execute daily and routine activities to uphold eCommerce websites.
  • Contribute to the realization of corporate sales and conversion goals through strategic vision and execution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track site traffic, user behavior, and trends.
  • Generate reports and analyze program effectiveness, crafting meaningful narratives from data sets.




  • Must be fully fluent in English - read, write, speak, and work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Instacart, etc.).
  • High attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (pivot tables, v-lookup), as well as PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including impactful presentation abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in variable conditions, handling conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration (marketing, supply chain, finance) with the ability to influence and gain project support from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in advertising is a plus.
