Job Description and Duties

  • Monitor and contact customers who send internet sales inquiries into the dealership as well as handle all inbound sales calls and website chats.
  • Work directly with customers via phone, email, text, and chat to help determine their automotive needs.
  • Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process.
  • Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers.
  • Multi-task using several platforms and online tools for customer profiles and inventory information.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Prior Business Development Center (BDC) or appointment setting experience a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication and grammar skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Dependable
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Must be able to sit for several hours.
  • Retail hours, some nights, most weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior BDC experience a plus

  • Full time. Evenings 11 - 8. No weekends. $20.00 per hour plus Bonus
