Job Description and Duties
- Monitor and contact customers who send internet sales inquiries into the dealership as well as handle all inbound sales calls and website chats.
- Work directly with customers via phone, email, text, and chat to help determine their automotive needs.
- Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process.
- Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers.
- Multi-task using several platforms and online tools for customer profiles and inventory information.
- Work in a team environment.
- Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Prior Business Development Center (BDC) or appointment setting experience a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication and grammar skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Dependable
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be able to sit for several hours.
- Retail hours, some nights, most weekends, and holidays required.
