Marketing Programs Manager

POSITION TITLE: Marketing Programs Manager 

DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Communications 

WORK LOCATION: Hybrid (Belmont, CA) 

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Marketing & Communications 

FLSA STATUS: Full-time, Exempt 

SALARY: $75,000 - $110,000/annual 

 

 

 

GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION   

We seek a creative and strategic Marketing Programs Manager with a strong background in web content creation and design. In this role, you will develop and execute our online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our web content and design align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. 

  

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to: 

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. 
  2. Create compelling and visually appealing web content, including landing pages, blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media graphics. 
  3. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital channels. 
  4. Oversee the design and layout of the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimized performance. 
  5. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and design. 
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, content marketing, SEO, and user experience. 
  7. Collaborate with the Admissions and School program directors to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials for web content and online distribution. 
  8. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape. 

  

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, web content creation, and design, preferably in a B2C or higher education-focused industry. 

  • Demonstrated web and graphic design expertise, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), WordPress, and familiarity with Element 451 is a bonus. 

  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and conversion-focused web content, including video, written copy, graphics, and multimedia elements. 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing web content for search engines. 

  • Proficiency in integrating forms into landing pages and implementing tracking tags and pixels for analytics. 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail. 

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about staying abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications,

or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in managing marketing and communications programs.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/Pardot), and content management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video using
    Premiere and After Effects are a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) a plus.
