Develops and maintains processes to pull requested material from stock.
● Directs day-to-day operations of warehouses, including but not limited to:
o Maintains clean, safe and organized physical warehouse(s) and bin locations.
o Maintains Kanbans and transacts material replenishments along with usage tracking and system inventory relief.
o Physically and logically directs all incoming and outgoing materials.
o Systematically transacts inbound and outbound materials to the appropriate order.
o Ensures bins are properly labeled and inventory is accurately shelved.
● Ability to drive and maintain process implementations for warehouse efficiency requirements.
● Ability to research material errors and issues.
● Deliver necessary materials to the field or contractors in a timely manner if necessary.
● Required to drive a forklift and move large items (15% to 20% of the time)
● Ability to review daily workload requirements and communicate any issues with management immediately.
● Participates in process-improvements activities, providing input to develop/document procedures.
● Ability to Travel to Satellite Warehouses to review/assist with End of Month inventory counts and audits.
● Assist the Inventory and Supply Chain Managers where necessary.
