Home Care Pulse (HCP), a SaaS leader in the post-acute healthcare market, just created a seat on our home care sales team for an Account Executive to fuel our growth. 

First, a bit about HCP. Founded in 2008 with a vision to improve the outcomes for patients by delivering high quality online training for post-acute and residential living providers, now we have grown to 250+ team members, 3.2k+ clients while improving the care of 1M+ patients. Our Care Intelligence Platform offers employee engagement, continuing education and training, employee and patient satisfaction surveys, and reputation management tools designed to help providers become the best employer and care provider in their area—and make sure everyone knows about it.

Your charter has several components: 

  • Exceed revenue goals through active management of net new and existing sales accounts in a named territory. 

  • Understand and build rapport through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling. 

  • Meet weekly activity levels to successfully build sales funnel. 

  • Fluently speak to challenges in the healthcare industries we serve and recommend Home Care Pulse products as solutions. 

  • Actively learn and track industry trends, needs, and impacts. 

  • Build and manage relationships in a named territory. 

Skill Requirements

Work at all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, nurturing, and closing: 

  • You may be a current Account Executive with a strong sales record or a BDR with an exceptional track record looking to move into a closing role. 

  • Experience in software sales is a plus, but we believe our onboarding and training program can help you make the jump into software sales if it is your first time. 

  • Experience with go-to-market tech stacks like Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Salesloft, Docusign is preferred but not required. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, particularly Sales and Marketing. 

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 

Customer-Centric Approach: 

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs. 

  • Track record of building strong customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction. 

Adaptability and Innovation: 

  • Willingness to adapt to changes in the market and industry trends. 

  • Creative problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges and explore new opportunities. 

  • Ability to introduce and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics. 

  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry developments and leverage market insights in customer and prospect conversations.
