Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the Surf Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the definition, development and management of our Residential and SMB internet, telecom and related products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast moving, high growth industry and company.

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's goals and market demands. Understand market dynamics, customer needs and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, technical operations, and customer support, to drive product development from concept to launch. Define product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Vendor Relationships: Develop, expand, maintain and negotiate 3rd party product/service relationships for complimentary product offerings to increase value for Surf’s customers
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify market needs and opportunities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
- Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements, and work closely with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Financial Management: Develop pricing strategies, partner with Finance to manage product budgets, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability and growth expectations are achieved.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management and collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
