In this dynamic role, you'll help ensure our guests get the parts they need while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction, inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Training: Work closely with an experienced technician (mentor) to learn the art of quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Guest Experience: Help deliver/pick up guest vehicles and parts, ensuring a positive experience for our guests and technicians.
  • Tools & Equipment: Keep both personal and company tools and equipment secure and in good working order.
  • Safety First: Follow safety measures under the guidance of your mentor to ensure we meet our high safety standards.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Tony Group Standards:
    • SMILE: Be positive and respectful to everyone.
    • GREET: Greet everyone within five feet.
    • HELP: Help every guest or find someone who can.
    • THANK: Always thank the guest.
    • GOLD: Go for Gold (Grand Opening Look, Daily).

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 month of related experience (required)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
