MARKETING ASSOCIATE

This Marketing Associate will be a part of an innovative, consumer-obsessed team, leveraging data, insights, and proven marketing strategies to amplify our epic brand. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of brand marketing from brand planning, 360 integrated marketing campaigns, advertising, media planning and buying, innovation, and brand partnerships while working collaboratively with marketing team members.

Success will be measured by the ability to show grit, prioritize effectively, and take initiative in assisting the marketing team with key projects, as well as an ability to support multiple initiatives and collaborate across the marketing organization.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support brand team in a variety of brand marketing initiatives including paid media, product, packaging, retail support, consumer insights, events, etc.

• Work collaboratively with the internal Brand and Creative team as well as external agencies to support the execution of Brand marketing deliverables, from creative briefing through file delivery

• Assist with data aggregation for marketing recaps, documentation, business strategy, and content optimization processes

• Fill copy needs for paid social captions and other assets as needed

• Project manage giveaway/sweeps campaigns, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across a variety of marketing stakeholders

• Support key initiatives across marketing as needed including partnerships, innovation, insights, annual planning, paid media, content development, and digital marketing

• 2+ years experience working in marketing with a focus on content and analytics

• Minimum required Bachelor's Degree

• Proven track record in supporting a team and taking ownership of new tasks

• Flexible self-starter who can support multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and with agency partners

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly-fluid environment

• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social and paid search

• Experience supporting or running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance targets

• Strong analytical skills to measure market performance, media performance, mix optimization, and understand other key performance indicators

• A creative eye, a pulse on trends, and excited about the opportunity to surface new and innovative ways to connect with consumers

• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker to measure performance and identify actionable insights preferred

• Familiarity with retail data platforms (ex. SPINS) a plus

Compensation

$75,000-$80,000 per year.
