Job Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Product Specialist to work in partnership with the E-commerce Product Specialist & E-Commerce Manager in supporting the success and growth of the DSMNY E-Shop. This individual should be confident in Shopify, Excel, Product Knowledge and have strong follow through, and extreme attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- In partnership with the E-Shop Product Specialist, owns the seasonal product upload calendar and tracker to ensure all merchandise is live and accurate on the DSMNY E-Shop.
- Executes consistent Product Uploads based off of priorities set by the Product Specialist- this includes weekly hype launches.
- General platform maintenance, including visual merchandising, copy & pricing.
- Executes discount strategy given by the Product Specialist during sale seasons.
- In partnership with the Global E-Shop team & product specialist, executes site design updates.
- Assist in Ecommerce product launches, adhering to a strict launch schedule while always meeting brand expectations.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
- Exceptional customer service internally and externally- this role interfaces with our internal merchandising team as well as our external vendors on a regular basis.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc)
- Strong understand of the merchandising process.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in Retail Pro a plus
- General knowledge of Shopify is a must.
