Position Summary:

The Human Resources Corporate Recruiter is responsible for performing various professional recruitment HR-related duties.  This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: full life-cycle recruitment, new hire onboarding, compensation administration collaboration, salary analysis, exit interviews, and other related areas as needed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Administers and implements full life cycle recruitment processes and onboarding.
  • Develops and posts job advertisement with outside industry and skill specific platforms.
  • Ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
  • Assists with administering the compensation program and recommends market changes as necessary.
  • Assist with salary analysis on new positions and makes recommendations on employee growth paths.
  • Creates effective job descriptions, screening/interview questions, and feedback questionnaires for candidates.
  • Administers and implements company internship program.
  • Conduct recruitment and ATS (applicant tracking system) training as needed.
  • Conducts exit interviews as needed and maintains exit information database.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Human Resources Recruitment experience and associated employment reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law surrounding recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship building and partnering skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information with absolute integrity at all times.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and act with appropriate urgency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and outside of department on time sensitive positions.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with HRIS and ATS systems for recruitment such as Paycom, Taleo, etc.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Ladders, etc.
  • Keeps abreast of current recruitment trends and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply effective judgment and objectivity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods of time; including at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.
  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.

Work Conditions:

General office environment, hybrid work schedule available.
