Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; additional technical certifications or vocational training in telecommunications or a related field is a plus.

Minimum 18 years of age

2+ Years Aerial Drop Installation Experience Required

Flexible schedule throughout the week, able to work weekends as part of a regular working shift

Ability to travel throughout Michigan, Indiana and Illinois regions as needed.

Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure, including routers, modems, and networking protocols is a plus.

Must be able to get a medical card within the state of Michigan within 60 days

Must be able to obtain a chauffeur license within the state of Michigan within 60 days

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Proficient computer skills and the ability to use various software applications for documentation and record-keeping.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform installations in various residential environments, including climbing ladders, climbing utility poles, and operating a bucket truck.

Must be comfortable working at heights of up to 75 ft

Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions
Employees are constantly required to stand, walk, use their hands to handle objects, tools or controls and reach with their hands and arms. Must possess physical conditioning and stamina to climb heights up to 100 feet and perform physically demanding tasks at such heights. Must be able to frequently climb a ladder and work in an elevated position. On a constant basis, must safely lift, carry and maneuver heavy or awkward objects 75 pounds or more, with or without assistance. Must be able to work safely in a field or office environment. Must be adept at working in adverse weather conditions including but not limited to; rain, snow, heat, cold, and ice.
