Adomni is looking for a talented and experienced VP Accounting. The primary role is to manage Adomni’s cash flow, build an efficient accounting infrastructure, and develop data-driven financial strategies.

Adomni is a start-up/scale-up company, and we are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and is willing to roll-up their sleeves.

This role involves working with a high degree of autonomy and operational independence. You will interface with the CEO, President and C-Level Executives.




  1. Drive the company’s financial planning

  2. Assist the CEO with financial models for internal purposes and outside investors

  3. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities

  4. Decide on resource allocation strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

  5. Assist the CEO with the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure

  6. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations

  7. Supervise all finance personnel

  8. Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

  9. Ensure compliance with the federal and state law and company’s policies

  10. Develop and implement strategies to manage the growth of the company

  11. Build an efficient accounting infrastructure to handle scalability

  12. Oversee financial data collection, bank reconciliation, and generate data-driven insights


  1. Proven experience in a senior accounting role (Controller, VP or CFO) for a start-up company or relevant role

  2. In-depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices

  3. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

  4. Extreme attention-to-detail required

  5. Strong understanding of technology and software businesses

  6. Solid accounting experience, business acumen, and excellent grasp of business analytics

  7. A strategic thinker that can bring a strong combination of business and operational knowledge

  8. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  9. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings

  10. Expert knowledge using Microsoft Excel to analyze and share data

  11. Comfortable with Google suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides

  12. Expert knowledge using accounting software - Quickbooks Enterprise.

  13. Ability to comfortably juggle multiple projects simultaneously, with a positive attitude

  14. Proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions


  1. 8+ years in a CFO or Senior Financial Ops role reporting to CEO

  2. Experience in building and managing a team

  3. Experience with out-of-home advertising or programmatic advertising is a huge PLUS

  4. Experience working at or with an advertising agency is a PLUS

  5. Experience with working for a fast-growing start-up company is a PLUS
