• Proven experience in training and coaching is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred;
• Demonstrated experience as a program administrator and/or strong project management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive relationships.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
