In this position, one gets to help customers outfit their camper with all the cool stuff!!

20.00 + Commission **This position schedule is Wednesday thru Sunday** 

Are you passionate about the great outdoors and the RV lifestyle? Do you have experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team in the RV industry!  As part of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring that they have an unforgettable experience while on the road. 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess one plus years of parts sales experience. This customer-service oriented individual will be responsible for assisting customers in their walk through with their purchased RV and go over all the cool upgrades available.  They will identify necessary parts, and accessories and conduct research for accuracy and availability, placing orders, expediting back orders, shipping/receiving and all other necessary duties involved in the efficient operation of a successful parts department. 

Job Responsibilities

Walk through with customers at time of purchase for RV enhancements

Provide show through of RV on how all systems and components work.

Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly

Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued

Parts inventory

Attend weekly department meetings

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

  • 1 Year Equivalent Work Experience
  • Past Sales and Customer Service Experience
  • Parts Sales Experience Preferred
  • Phone Experience
  • Computer Experience
