Parish Events Coordinator

Position Overview: The Parish Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of parish events and activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning, Preparation, Coordination and Restoration
  2. Volunteer Management
  3. Logistics and Vendor Coordination
  4. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning preferred
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs
