· High School Graduate or age 18+
· Passionate about working with youth in grades K - 5
· Experience working with youth in a camp or other recreational setting.
· Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before start of employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
· Responsible for the physical and emotional safety of the children
· Resolve conflicts between campers as necessary.
· Collaborate with a team of counselors.
· Design and implement a variety of programs and activities.
· Uphold the mission and values of the PJCC and camp programs.

Hours: 2:30 – 6:00 pm, or 12:00 – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday, June 17 – August 2
Mandatory staff training 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday June 10 -June 14, includes a mandatory overnight.
Additional extended days and/or overnights may be required. Dates and schedules for extended work hours will be provided during staff training. Additional opportunities through August 9 are available.

· Staff Overnight Camping Trip: June 13th
· Family Pool Party June 25th 6:00-8:00pm
· Family Picnic July 26th 6:00-8:00pm
Salary: $17.00/Hour, plus paid training. Free summer membership to the PJCC Athletic Center.
