The Network Operations Manager provides day to day leadership, vision, and direction of the network team to support the vision and goals of the organization. The candidate should have a natural technical curiosity, servant leadership mindset with a natural communicative & collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:
- Managerial Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance evaluations & reviews with team-members
- Conduct team meetings & team building events
- Manage new hire relationships / training effectively
- Coordinate/Track technical training on a regular basis
- Relationship building
- Responsibilities:
- Administrative Approvals (PTO requests, etc)
- Overseeing all network operation duties in a 24x7 (365 days) environment
- Maintain / Improve Observability/Monitoring Systems
- Ensuring staff have tools and training they need
- Driving goals & performance (KPI, SLA)
- Deep understanding of MMTx measurements / milestones
- Maintain/Improve escalation processes, paths and contacts
- Maintain/Improve NOC ticket / tracking systems
- Cross functional relationship management with engineering, OSP and/or IT
- Prioritize and schedule NOC team resources
- Incident, Outage Management (Problem &Trouble)
- Change Management
- Root Cause Analysis & feedback
- Ability to present material to SLT & ELT levels
- Maintain VM environments & datacenter operations
- Maintain backups across the servers
- Software, Firmware Management
