INTEGRAL MOLECULAR, Inc., is a Philadelphia biotech company specializing in the discovery and characterization of therapeutic antibodies using cutting-edge technology platforms that are enabling the discovery of novel therapeutics against intractable targets. We are a close-knit, small company composed of smart, curious scientists that takes an active interest in promoting the learning and development of our team. 

You will be responsible for planning, execution and oversight of shipping for all of the products that we manufacture and distribute to customers. Additionally, you will assist with facilitating inbound shipments, including import paperwork and coordination of delivery.  



  • Support scientific research and sales at an established, fast-growing biotech company

  • Work across several teams with friendly colleagues eager to share knowledge and experience 


  • Generate all shipment documentation (domestic and international) for all outbound customer product shipments 

  • Package, inspect labels, verify and inspect all completed orders before shipment 

  • Coordinate handoff of shipment as appropriate to the specific carrier 

  • Update multiple tracking and inventory software for internal and external stakeholders 

  • Order and maintain all supplies needed to ensure timely shipment to customers 

  • Plan and coordinate supply orders, anticipating and responding to unusual circumstances (large orders, increased order volume, supply chain disruptions, etc)  

  • Communicate clearly with customers on delivery timeline and answer all other questions regarding their shipment 

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (customers, scientific teams and shipping partners)  

  • Evaluate shipping partner performance and resolve issues with orders and logistics 

  • Create, implement, and maintain shipping policies and procedures 

Job Qualifications


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required 

  • 3-5 years of general work experience    

  • 2-3 years of experience in shipping logistics, supply chain management, administration or administrative support   

  • Ability and willingness to learn new technology platforms that support operational goals 

  • Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills    

  • Clear communicator with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills    

  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision    

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order of urgency, be flexible to changing priorities and delegate tasks as needed 

  • Knowledge of biotech industry, including lab operations, is a plus   

  • Academic background or interest in science is a plus
