Four years of counseling experience, working with adults and children in a mental health setting.

Two years of program management experience.

A current and valid California state license to provide psychotherapy (LMFT, LCSW etc.) required.

Two years licensed in the State of California preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Knowledge of domestic violence.

Knowledge and principles of crisis counseling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and working knowledge of computer database program entry and report generation.

Complete the 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate certification training post-hire.
