About the Position  

AccessOne is seeking a Senior FP&A & Pricing Analyst to assist our Finance & Accounting Team with financial reporting, client and patient trend and profitability analytics, internal key performance indicator (KPI) analytics across functions, reporting automation and optimization, budgeting and forecasting, and creation of presentation materials for the internal Executive Leadership Team and external parties exploring a potential investment in our company. 

  

As Senior FP&A & Pricing Analyst for AccessOne, you will be a major contributor to the Finance & Accounting Team, reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Strategy with regular, direct interaction with the CEO, President / CFO, Controller, and our private equity sponsor, Frontier Growth.  

As Senior FP&A & Pricing Analyst for AccessOne, you will be responsible for: 

  • Partnering with the Finance & Accounting Teams and executive leadership to conduct analyses, forecasting, and reporting of financial and non-financial analytics  

  • Analyzing and interpreting large and complex data sets, incorporating historical and forward-looking trends into complex projection models, including sales/pipeline analytics, customer-level profitability reports, and loan origination, portfolio, and revenue trends/analytics 

  • Identifying client and patient trends and creating visualizations to convey the key conclusions and recommendations to executive leadership 

  • Supporting the creation of materials for monthly financial earnings calls and quarterly Board of Directors meetings 

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve efficiencies in the financial reporting processes 

  • Developing comprehensive, client-level / bottoms-up revenue models and performing financial analysis of business investments 

  • Performing other tasks and projects as needed or assigned 

Qualifications

About You 

You have a unique blend of skillsets, encompassing both the ability to perform traditional financial planning and analysis (financial statement modeling, monthly reporting, client analytics, etc.) as well as the business acumen to partner with cross-functional teams on conducting ad hoc analyses to inform and support the Company’s broader corporate strategy initiatives.  

 

The Senior FP&A & Pricing Analyst role may be a great match for you if you have the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance) 

  • Minimum 3-4 years of corporate financial analysis experience - ideally in investment banking, corporate banking, consumer lending, or healthcare - with extensive modeling and pricing experience  

  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel, including fluency in building and using complex financial models, pivot tables, charts, advanced logic, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, macros/visual basic, and embedded formulas/functions 

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and analytical abilities 

  • Adept at translating complex data sets and information into simple, understandable terms 

  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills 

  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions 

  • Ability to effectively identify and implement process improvements
