Description

Summary

Responsible for contacting client customers with delinquent consumer accounts and securing payments.

Essential functions:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls according to company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate payments, settlements, and payment programs according to company guidelines.
  • Meet department call and collection goals.
  • Enter results into collection system using keyboard/computer, skip tracing.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and practices.

Will Train! Experience in the following a plus, but not necessary:

  • CUBS, Outlook, Word & Excel computer system
  • Telephone/dialer
  • First /Third-Party Agency
  • Data entry
  • FDCPA Knowledge
  • Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Deal effectively with debtors and clients.
  • Calculate basic figures and amounts.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with others.
  • Meet performance standards
  • Perform this job safely, without endangering the health or safety of him/her or others.
  • Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
