• Coordinate, manage, and/or direct all RA AM-N SAP projects.
• Administrate and monitor SAP and related business critical systems.
• Responsible for 24/7 support and monitoring of SAP systems and critical SAP business functions in conjunction with SAP and IT Support Staff.
• Administrate and manage SAP user accounts and authorizations for RA AM-N.
• Support business functions, systems, and key end users related to the Sales and Distribution (SD) and EDI modules in SAP.
• Develop and/or enhance EDI processes in cooperation with customers and vendors.
• Maintenance and scheduling of SAP support tasks in IT Helpdesk database.
• Management and Direction of local SAP Support Staff.
• Security Admin for all customer portals. Applications include: SAP, EFactory, TIG, HAP, QlikView, EDI (customer and vendor), Office Products
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.

Education

  • Formal SAP Training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Bachelor degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Technical Skills

  • SAP Authorizations
  • SAP Module management and administration
  • Sales and Distribution (SD) and EDI
  • Application of ITIL concepts when managing tickets

Experience

  • Supervisory Training
  • SAP Module training and understanding of master data
  • Project management
  • Administration and management of SAP user accounts and authorizations
  • Experience in Service Management systems according to ITIL
  • Support business functions, systems, and key end users related to the Sales and Distribution (SD) and EDI modules in SAP
