The Firewall Inspector will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, and maintenance of firewall components to ensure their quality and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes, be capable of following established work procedures, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Conduct incoming inspections of components and fill in related records accurately.
- Perform outgoing inspections and generate reports for required projects, releasing outgoing reports as needed.
- Manage the containment area for components, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Maintain measurement instruments used in the inspection and assembly processes.
- Assemble firewall components according to instructions, ensuring proper loading and unloading of equipment and machines.
- Perform basic checks on assembled components to verify quality and functionality.
- Follow established work processes and guidelines to carry out activities effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to established 5S standards.
- Fill in production labels accurately and according to work instructions
