Facilities Technician DUN

• Maintenance PMs, repairs, process improvements of HVAC systems, Compressed Air systems, Chilled/Tower Water systems
• Facility Maintenance including, but not limited to: Lighting, Building grounds keeping, Door levelers, Building alarm and security system Fire protection systems, General plumbing maintenance and repairs

• Responsible for maintenance of the plant recycling area including Trash removal, waste removal, general clean–up
• Special projects as needed & assigned by Management.
• Other duties as needed

Work experience requirements:

• 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (50+ lbs) as well as climb, stoop, stand, crawl, work in close quarters and at heights for entire shift.  

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
