RIVERCREST REALTY ASSOCIATES, LLC, a New York limited liability company (“RIVERCREST”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the CAREERS PORTAL!, which includes this website (the “Service”). We operate this site in conjunction with PAYCOM and its affiliates, who manage and provide Human Resources software and electronic tools including the day-to-day operation of its respective sites (our “Partners”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. (For conflicts between this policy and the Partners’ policy of information collected by the Partners’ and provided to us, the Partners’ policy shall supersede. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify you and for our Partners to contact you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address and other information (“Personal Information”).

Please note, for data collected by PAYCOM, PAYCOM HAS ultimate ownership of data you provide on this Platform. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
When you register with us, we collect your personal contact information. This information is visible only to trusted employees of RIVERCREST. We may use this information to contact you regarding your account with us, but we do not give this information to anyone outside of our company or PAYCOM for any reason. You can review and change your registration information at any time when you are logged onto our site, and we encourage you to do so when it is out of date.
RESUME INFORMATION
If you are registered as a job seeker, you can submit your resume information through our Service, and it will be visible to our trusted employees searching the resume database. You are not required to include any private, confidential or identifying information in your resume. You can change or delete your resume at any time.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The only personal identifying information we collect from you is information that you provide to us voluntarily by filling in, submitting through the Service, and information contained on your Resume when submitted for our review.
LOG DATA
Our platform and Services will collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

HOW YOU CAN ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION
You can access, review and change any information you've submitted to our web site by logging into our site, going to your account and clicking the appropriate link. Using this procedure, you can change your registration information, change your password, manage your resume, manage your job listings, etc.
INFORMATION RETENTION
Information made available to us through our Partners will follow our Partners’ information retention requirements. Additional information provided by you to improve your experience with the Service will be retained for the duration of your profile with the Service. For a profile created by you independently your information will be retained up to one year after your last use of the Service.
CHILDREN
Our sites and Service are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features/register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.
