These records may only be used in performing work for the School and must not be divulged to any firm, individual, or institution except on the direct written authorization of the Chief Information Officer or a member of the senior Administrative Team. Your failure to honor this confidentiality requirement may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
If you leave employment with the School for any reason, we ask that you continue to treat as private and privileged any such sensitive information. You should not use, divulge, or communicate to any person or entity any such sensitive information without the express written approval of the Chief Information Officer.
