Community Bridges is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for regular positions at 30 hrs/wk or more, and a prorated hiring bonus for regular positions at less than 30 hrs/wk, paid after completion of 6-month probationary period.

Community Bridges is currently offing a $2500 hiring bonus for candidates hired into commercial driver positions (holding commercial license) at 30 hrs/wk or more, an additional $2500 retention bonus paid after one year of continuous employment, and a $5000 retention bonus paid after 2 years of continuous employment. Bonus paid on prorated basis for positions less than 30 hrs/wk.
