The Quinault Indian Nation and the Quinault Nation Enterprise Board is proud to operate two community healthcare clinics in Grays Harbor County. Both of our clinics are members of the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) through the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), offering student loan repayment options. Our clinics provide services to all community members, not just Quinault Indian Nation members. Both clinics offer different services to our patient and clients.

Quinault Community Health provides primary care to all members of the family. We accept patients from age zero (0) to 99+. QCH is open seven (7) days a week, providing services to our patients. Our levels of care will include primary care appointments as well as walk in/prompt care opportunities to our patients.

The Quinault Wellness Center is our substance use disorder treatment center providing whole person addiction treatment. The QWC provides not only substance use disorder treatment, it also provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), mental health, medical, and dental services to admitted patients. The addiction treatment program is designed to reduce barriers patients face and provide improved access to care within Grays Harbor County. QWC provides transportation and child watch services at no cost to our patients.

All services will be available for both tribal and non-tribal members. All locations will be supported by administrative staff to include reception, billing, referrals, accounting, IT, etc.
