WHO WE SERVE
The Southern Plains Tribal Health Board (SPTHB) serves the 44 federally recognized American Indian Tribes in Kansas (4), Oklahoma (39), and Texas (1) and reach out to urban Indian health centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Wichita, and Dallas. The SPTHB serves the largest Indian Health Service (IHS) user-population area in the United States.

We continue to work collaboratively to strengthen ties with all the 44 federally recognized tribes in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. The tribal profiles for each of the tribes we serve are provided below. We update each tribes information regularly as we receive it. Tribal representatives may contact us for any updates.
