Home State recognizes that certain laws may require stricter standards than those described in the present Privacy Statement. Home State entities will handle Job Application Data in accordance with local law applicable at the place where the Job Application Data are processed. Where applicable local law provides less protection than that established by this Privacy Statement, Home State will handle your Job Application Data in accordance with the present Privacy Statement.

Your Choice.
