  Visitors to our website can request that Maverick contact them directly via email or phone regarding weddings, tour reservations, charter services, and group tours. Maverick will request your name, email address, phone number, or other required information to better answer your inquiry or to complete your tour reservation.
• Credit Card Transactions
  Maverick utilizes third-party service providers to provide credit card payment processing services. The credit card information provided is collected directly by such third-party service provider. Maverick requires that its third-party payment processing service provider(s) has/have in place privacy policies and practices consistent with this Privacy Policy.
• Marketing
  We collect names and contact information directly for marketing purposes (e.g. when you sign up for promotional messages), at one of our properties, or via one of our Maverick Helicopters mobile applications.
• Customer Service
  We collect personal information from you, such as your name and contact information, when you:
  • Contact us for any reason or request and receive services or information.
  • Submit a guest claim, report any problems, contact lost and found, or are in dispute with us.
  • Contact us through our call center. Please note that telephone calls to our concierge, customer service and call center are recorded and actively monitored for the purposes of compliance, security and customer service.

• Online Surveys
  We love to hear your opinions and comments, and you may have the opportunity to give us your feedback through online surveys. In conducting these surveys, we may ask for your name, email address, or other information, so we can appropriately identify you and your survey responses. Our survey information is collected to help Maverick Helicopters make improvements to our website and improve our customer service.

We will also obtain email addresses and limited demographic information for our US customer accounts where we do not hold a current email address or demographic information for such customer and append this to the customer account.

Sharing with Maverick suppliers and affiliates
When you reserve a tour through Maverick Helicopters, our suppliers and affiliates will only be provided with the information necessary to complete your reservation.

Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal data on the website. PCI Compliance
Every business involved in processing, storing, or transmitting credit card data must adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. At Maverick, we take payment card security extremely seriously. Maverick is PCI compliant and that extends to all payments processed via our systems. In addition, no cardholder data is stored by Maverick. All payments collected through Maverick are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1-certified service provider.
