Building a Career Making Wood. Work. Beautifully.
Starved Rock Wood Products was founded in 1994, in the small Illinois town of Mendota. Our guiding principle was that everyone deserves the highest quality and craftsmanship, no matter their budget.
Three decades later, the company has grown significantly, but our 130+ team of craftsmen, designers, engineers, sales coordinator and installers, still hold true to that original belief.
And in between? Well, unlike many manufacturers, Starved Rock Wood Products handles the entire process: from forest to home. We are with you every step of the way.
It all starts with wood, of course - and we only use sustainable wood sourced from the USA. And it ends with a kitchen, bathroom, staircase or table that is customized for our customers' needs and their tastes. And in between? Well, unlike many manufacturers, Starved Rock Wood Products handles the entire process: from forest to home. We are with our customers every step of the way.
Our principles are:
Passion: we care deeply about doing our very best for every one of our customers on every one of our projects, however big or small.
Innovation: we have a great history full of craft and experience, but we are not wedded to the past. We innovate constantly, embracing new ideas, technologies and processes to help us improve every day.
Accountability: we stand by our word, we stand by our work, and we stand by each other. We know our jobs and we take responsibility every day for making sure each step of the job is done to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Quality: we aim to deliver the highest quality products and service to all our customers, no matter their budget.
Still here? Great! If these are principles that mean something to you too and you’re interested in building a career making WOOD. WORK. BEAUTIFULLY. then we would love to hear from you too.
