To provide a clear expectation of the recruiting process, an HR representative will contact qualified candidates directly to conduct a phone interview before hiring managers reach out to conduct an in-person interview. Applicants for Branch, Contact Center, or Account Resolutions positions may be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment based on the job. This does not have an impact on a hiring decision but is intended to help with training for selected candidates.
All non-branch positions are considered "hybrid remote"; all back office Velocity employees are required to work onsite at the North Austin headquarters location at least two days a week. Other departments may require more on-site work depending on job duties, departmental needs, and additional training.
