While there are many opportunities for growth within CCCU, employees are required to be in their position for a minimum of six months before moving departments.  This helps create stability and consistency within the organization.  However, if an urgent business need arises and qualifying factors are met, this time frame may be shortened with approval from both C Levels over the two respective departments.
Any employee interested in applying for a new position within the credit union is required to inform their current manager, prior to submitting application.  The preference is to be upfront with your manager, so they are informed firsthand from you, rather than by other means.
