Work-Life Balance:

  • 4-day, 9-hour workweek for most positions. 
  • 12 paid holidays per calendar year. 
  • 6.77-hours PTO accumulated per pay period with increases after year 3. (Accumulation begins at hire.) 
  • 176-hour paid sabbatical after 10 years of service. 
  • Relocation assistance may be available.

Training & Professional Development:

  • 40 hours paid elective training time per fiscal year. 
  • Elective training benefit; $1000/yr for unlicensed staff and $1500/yr for licensed staff.  ($250 selfcare benefit integrated into annual elective training budget)
    • Elective Training benefits renew on fiscal year, prorated for first year of employment. 
  • Supervision towards licensure (supervisor costs covered by CBH). 
  • Apprenticeships through United We Heal for Medical Assistant, QMHA, CADC, and QMHP certifications.
  • Internship for Master’s programs available.
