Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic-Based or in- Home Supervisor Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This key role involves overseeing and managing therapy services for our pediatric clients, ensuring the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to provide personalized care plans for patients within a clinic setting.
As an Occupational Therapist Supervisor, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that collaborates closely with ABA, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care for children with developmental delays, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role is focused on helping children ages 0-21 reach their full potential and overseeing a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and their unique caseload.
Job Duties:
- Perform direct occupational therapy services for a select, small caseload of patients.
- Conduct initial assessments of patients to create individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Coordinate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet developmental milestones.
- Employ a variety of instructional techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other therapists and the client’s family to implement strategies for effective treatment.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
- Supervise and mentor an OTA/COTA per Medicare home health standards which includes direct treatment of the assistant’s caseload intermittently and completion of required comprehensive assessments and evaluations as required.
- Assist with case management and documentation in line with company policies.

Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Colorado state licensure (or pending) as an Occupational Therapist.
- BLS CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Professional Liability Insurance.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience in a clinic setting.
- Pediatric experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with EMR Software, preferably KanTime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
