Great work life balance

They understand that some of us are parents and that our kids come first when they are sick or hurt. They also put your mental health 1st and provide tons of support in and out of the work place. Getting time off requests approved is super easy. Also there is great PTO and time off available. We have snow days and paid holidays. Plus the hours are great for people with school age children. WellCare is trauma assumed therapy so as an RBT I appreciate. They never throw you into the deep end and always make sure you are comfortable before putting you direct with clients as well. They helped me with maternity leave even though I hadn’t been an employee for a full year yet, which was amazing. It’s been a pleasure to work here.

Hardest part of the job is staying away from it because I genuinely enjoy my job. Most enjoyable part of my job is how loving and concerned the company as a whole is with my wellbeing. I have nothing but gratitude for my leadership all across the board.

I've been with WellCare in different roles including RBT, Programmer, and BCBA. They have facilitated my growth throughout these roles and provided adequate training and learning experiences to build my career. Everyone from therapists to leadership is supportive and kind, and overall it's a really great place to work. We also get amazing lunches catered every month and receive really thoughtful gifts from management frequently.

Supportive and positive work environment

I've been working at WellCare for about 3 years now, and it's changed what I think of when I imagine "work". Ever since I started, I've been treated with nothing but respect and leadership is always open to new ideas, staff input, and supporting staff and clients' wants and needs. Their trauma-informed approach supports clients and families in a way that is very rare to find in the pediatric therapy world. The culture is very open and accepting, and I always look forward to coming in clinic, and in homes, to see friendly faces everyday.
