JOB DUTIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Serve high-quality, chef-crafted food.
- Maintain cleanliness of food service and dining areas.
- Working well with your dining teammates.
- Other duties as assigned based on position and location.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge:
- Familiarity with materials and methods used in food preparation, holding, and serving, including the use and care of kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Understanding of health, sanitary, and safety standards and practices in food service.

Abilities:
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while serving the public.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, bending, extensive walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
