Shake Smart - Part Time Crew Member

WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible; must work a minimum of 6hrs./week. This position is FLSA part-time hourly non-exempt, meaning it is eligible for overtime pay. Work schedules may vary, and early morning, evening and weekend work may be required.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Provide excellent customer service to guests.

2. Serve high-quality, chef-crafted food.

3. Maintain cleanliness of food service and dining areas.

4. Working well with your dining teammates.

5. Other duties as assigned based on position and location.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

1. Knowledge:

   • Familiarity with materials and methods used in food preparation, holding, and serving, including the use and care of kitchen utensils and equipment.

   • Understanding of health, sanitary, and safety standards and practices in food service.

2. Abilities:

   • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

   • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while serving the public.

   • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, bending, extensive walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
