REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Â

Knowledge:

Familiarity with materials and methods used in food preparation, holding, and serving, including the use and care of kitchen utensils and equipment.

Understanding of health, sanitary, and safety standards and practices in food service.

Abilities:

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while serving the public.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, bending, extensive walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
