Paid Sick Time: 

• Begins accruing monthly on day 1 of employment. 
• Full-time employees receive up to 60 hours of paid sick leave each year (prorated).  
• Rollover up to 80 hrs paid sick leave per year

Paid Leave for Any Reason (Vacation Time):  

• Year 1 – 2: 80 hours annually (6.67 hours accrued monthly)
• Year 3 – 6: 120 hours (10 hours accrued monthly)
• Year 7 – 9: 144 hours (12 hours accrued monthly)
• Year 10+: 160 hours (13.33 hours accrued monthly)
• Additional 20-day sabbatical in year 10  
• Up to 16 hours of year-end Paid Leave rollover
